Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on cleeo.uk, run by CLEEO GROUP LTD (Cleeo). When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics and marketing cookies. Nothing in those two groups is set until you accept, and "Reject all" is as easy as "Accept all".
Changing your choice
Use the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of any page to change or withdraw your choice at any time. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; the banner then asks again.
Essential (always on)
- cleeo_consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice so we don't ask on every page. Essential. Kept for 6 months.
- cleeo_attr (session storage): remembers how you arrived (landing page, referring site, campaign tags and click IDs) so it can be sent with your application. Essential to attribute your enquiry; moved to local storage only if you accept marketing cookies. Kept for the browser session (or until you clear it, if moved to local storage).
- cleeoAttribution (session storage): the advert campaign tags in the link you arrived on, added to the form. Essential. Kept for the browser session.
- cleeoExit (session storage): stops the "before you go" box on the home page appearing more than once. Essential. Kept for the browser session.
- __cf_bm (cookie): Cloudflare may set this to tell people from bots and protect the site. Essential (security). Kept for 30 minutes.
Analytics (only if you accept)
- _ga, _ga_* (cookies): Google Analytics, to count visits and see how the site is used. Analytics. Kept for up to 2 years.
Google Analytics is not switched on at the moment; if we turn it on, it will only run with your consent.
Marketing (only if you accept)
- _fbp, _fbc (cookies): the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, to measure which of our adverts lead to visits and enquiries. Marketing. Kept for 90 days.
- _gcl_* (cookies): Google Ads, to measure which of our adverts lead to enquiries (only if we run Google Ads). Marketing. Kept for 90 days.
Fonts
The site's font is loaded from Google Fonts. That sets no cookies, but Google receives your IP address and browser details. See our privacy policy.
